• How you heard about Lytics AI (optional)
• Company Size (optional)

b) Technical and navigation data

Recorded anonymously via PostHog:

• IP address
• browser type
• site interaction (pages visited, clicks, scroll, time spent)
• traffic source

We do not use third-party cookies.

2. Purpose of Data Use

The data is used solely to:

• evaluate interest in Lytics AI during its validation phase
• send information about news, changes, or project updates
• communicate the product launch
• invite to early access of the Early Adopters program

The data is not used for:

• advertising
• external segmentation
• sale or transfer to third parties
• external commercial analysis

3. Storage and Security

• Form data is stored exclusively in Resend, the provider used to manage emails.
• The site operates under HTTPS encryption.
• Restricted access to internal tools where data is stored.

We do not use additional databases or alternative systems to store information.

4. User Rights

You can request at any time:

• unsubscribe from the waitlist
• permanent deletion of your data
• update of your information

5. Data Retention

• Collected emails are kept stored during the project validation phase.
• If Lytics AI launches to the public, data will remain stored for communication purposes.
• If the user requests deletion of their data, it will be permanently deleted.

6. Minors

Lytics AI is not directed to minors under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

7. Policy Modifications

We may update this Privacy Policy when necessary. The update date will appear at the beginning of the document.
